We run special software at regular intervals that retrieves and analyzes the main entry page of each web site registered in our database. If our software finds that you have placed a valid link to our site, your site will be listed at -or near- the top of its appropiate category page.

Your site will be listed at -or near- the top of its applicable category page in our directory. Your site will be listed higher and ahead of other sites that do not link to us. Only paying customers and possibly other Link Partners will be listed higher. If there is more than one site in any category that is a Link Partner, the actual listing order between the partners will determined by a random function on a daily basis.

This will usually be the same page that you registered in our database. It has to be the main, real page of your site.
The foreground color of the text of the link must be different from the background color so that users can see it and click on it.
The link to us should not misrepresent our site as another and should correctly represent us. The correct name of our site is WEPA!® You MAY add the phrase Search Puerto Rico!, or whatever is appropiate for your language, country and/or city.
If you are placing a graphical link, you should use one of our logos, banners, or buttons. Other artwork will not be recognized and probably misrepresents our site.
Our software does not understand Javascript, Java, or Flash. You can place our link as a normal <a href=""> text or image link. Any other type of link will probably not be recognized.
The link must point to the correct address to our site.

Placing a link to our site in your home page does not in any way guarantee that we will list your site in our directory. Listing your site in our directory is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Placing a link to our site in your home page will not improve your ranking on our search engine results.
The preferential treatment of our Link Partners is a voluntary action on our part, and not a legal contract. It is a way for us to reward sites for their support.
We reserve ourselves all rights, including the right to discontinue the preferential listing, or indeed any listing, of Link Partner sites without further notice. Of course, Link Partners may also remove their links to us at any time without prior warning. Our software will take notice and within a few days return the listing to its default random positioning.
The preferential listing of sites is automated and implemented via software, which could be subject to bugs, flaws, or limitations beyond those described in this page. It is possible that some of those unknown bugs, flaws, or limitations may make impossible the preferential treatment of your site, even though you have followed the guidelines and meet all the conditions enumerated in this page.
